Senior Project Manager for Secondary Programmes
I lead on the delivery of all secondary school career activities, including mentoring programmes. I am responsible for scheduling and coordinating workshops in schools, and arranging student visits to attend insight days at partner company offices. I work closely with school careers leads, corporate volunteers, employers, facilitators and The Switch secondary team.

I lead on the planning and delivery of engaging student activities, manage mentoring cohorts, and coordinate with schools and corporate partners. I work as part of the Secondary team helping prepare for, deliver, and evaluate our career development activities and programmes. I coordinate projects, communicating with a range of stakeholders including school staff, students and corporate partners. I support the team with the monitoring and evaluation of our work in secondary schools and colleges in order to demonstrate the positive impact our charity has on thousands of young people in Tower Hamlets every year.

Lead strategic income generation for The Switch through corporate partnerships and trust fundraising, managing relationships and driving new opportunities. Oversee revenue stream, develop innovative funding initiatives, and expand stakeholder diversity. Supervise a dynamic team delivering impactful volunteering and communications to enhance financial stability and youth engagement across industries.

First point of contact for corporate partners and volunteers, supporting us in the delivery of our workshops, events, and wider CSR initiatives.
To support our work across our programmes we have a team of facilitators that support our in-house team to facilitate our events in-person and online.
Alice’s passion for equality of opportunity has led to her involvement in educational programmes where she can share her skills. Alice has 10 years of experience in educational settings as well as being a qualified accountant for over 30 years.
Avanti is a project and people manager, facilitator and educational content creator with 15 years experience developing, delivering and growing school-based programmes to engage children and young people with a complex world.
Denise has over 8 years of youth work experience in schools and community settings. Denise has vast experience in delivering workshops and presentations for audiences of all ages and working directly with young people, both 1:1 and in small groups.
Shirin works as a freelance facilitator in schools across London, exploring complexities of identity and social justice, as well as motivating and inspiring students to raise their levels of achievement and develop skills to pursue their goals and aspirations.
Tracy has worked with various educational charities to design, deliver and evaluate learning materials for students, teachers, volunteers and businesses. Her mission is to enlighten and empower young people through engaging workshops.
Vanessa is an experienced public speaker and facilitator with over 10 years of teaching experience. Keen to utilise a bubbly personality and content creation skills in a vibrant and passionate programme to inspire and equip young adults.
