Our Youth Voice programme is designed to bring young people into the heart of our decision making as an organisation. Each year we invite a cohort of students from across the borough to meet and share their experiences of careers provision in the borough.
Our young people are not only consulted but are offered the chance to get involved in opportunities at The Switch, and work to raise awareness of the issues and opportunities facing young people.
