What are you most looking forward to working at The Switch?
I’m looking forward to changing young people’s lives, helping them reach goals such as making their dreams come true and finding them their dream work experience place.

What is one thing you have learnt over the last few years of adversity?
One thing I’ve learned over the past few years is the incredible power of resilience. In times of adversity, it’s not always the circumstances that determine the outcome but how we respond to them. Resilience isn’t about avoiding pain or difficulty but about finding ways to keep going, adapt, and grow from the challenges we face. It’s a reminder that even in the toughest moments, there’s always a way to move forward, learn, and emerge stronger.
