The well being of the children and young people we work with is of great importance to us.
Our staff are subject to an enhanced DBS check, and are trained in their safeguarding responsibilities.
Where appropriate, volunteers are also subject to an enhanced DBS check dependent on which of our schemes they volunteer on.
DBS checks are repeated every three years.
We have a Designated Child Protection Officer who is able to offer support to staff and volunteers with any issues that arise. You can read more about our safeguarding policies below.
