Answer set questions and take part in a virtual Q&A with the students using your experience of what skills are valuable in your career.
It’s a straightforward call – everyone has soft skills that they use in their jobs. There’s nothing to prepare, just be there.
Bringing out every attribute the students possess and growing their confidence in their abilities is a vital part of preparing them for the world of work. By talking about your skills, it shows students how important the skills they are developing now will be in the future.
