We promote our partner employers’ early careers opportunities to our young people aged 16-25, who, from our strong relationships with them, we know will be interested in and suitable for the opportunities.
Our bespoke Alumni portal has an opportunity board, news channels and employer pages you can use to ensure you’re reaching diverse talent. You can share entry level roles, graduate schemes, apprenticeships, work experience schemes and internships!
We also partner with employers to understand their recruitment processes so we can provide comprehensive support with 1-to-1 coaching calls, mock interviews, employer-specific application overviews, and skills workshops.
